Welcome to Feedee. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Feedee app. By creating an account or using Feedee, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Feedee
Feedee is a baby first-foods tracking app that helps parents and caregivers log foods their baby has tried, track allergen introduction, and celebrate feeding milestones.
Feedee is not a medical app. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. Information in the app (including allergen guidance, serving suggestions, and "Good to know" tips) is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare provider regarding your baby's diet, allergies, and feeding schedule.
2. Who can use Feedee
Feedee is intended for use by parents, caregivers, and guardians who are adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
3. Your account
To use Feedee, you create an account using an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information when setting up your baby's profile
You may delete your account at any time from the Account tab. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data and cannot be undone.
4. Acceptable use
When using Feedee, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app or its content
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content (e.g. in custom food names)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. No medical advice disclaimer
Nothing in Feedee constitutes medical advice. Allergen introduction guidance, serving suggestions, and food information provided in the app are general in nature and may not be appropriate for every baby. Babies with known allergies, medical conditions, or feeding difficulties should always be guided by a pediatrician or healthcare provider, not by information in this app.
We are not liable for any decisions made based on information presented in Feedee.
6. Intellectual property
The Feedee name, logo, design, and app content are the property of Feedee and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except for your own personal use of the app as intended.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedee and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any health-related outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
Feedee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Changes to the app and these terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Feedee at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Feedee if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Feedee and delete your account at any time.
